When it comes to snacking, I’m a grazer to my core. I want a little taste of everything. My approach can get seriously dangerous when I’m home alone and rummaging aimlessly through our pantry. I’ve tried buying pre-packaged snacks to avoid binging on different foods throughout the day, but I usually get tired of eating the same thing more than two days in a row. Needless to say, I was super excited when I first heard about about a monthly snack delivery service called Graze. My curiosity was piqued by a free Graze snack box offer (use special code XHPNF7ZHP to get your 1st and 5th Graze boxes free), and I only had to spend a few minutes setting my snack preferences to jump start the process. I received a box filled with a 8 healthy, hand-picked snacks within a few days.

Now that Nala’s gotten her third round of vaccinations, Kyle and I have been taking her on hikes around Columbia. Packing for a long day of outdoorsy adventure has literally never been easier. We grab our Graze snack box and go! Plus, everything we’ve tried so far has been perfectly portioned and absolutely delicious– and that’s coming from an admittedly picky eater. Graze snack packs contain 0g trans fat and never include any artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or GMO ingredients. Each healthy snack box is $14, and you can cancel your subscription online any time. Graze doesn’t make you call or email customer service or anything obnoxious like that. I checked.

The standard Graze box size is petite enough to subtly stash in your backpack or desk, but the snacks themselves are surprisingly filling. When you set your food preferences, you can choose from over 100 different, nutritionist-approved Graze snack packs. You can also specify whether you need protein, energy, fiber, antioxidants, etc. or if you have any dietary restrictions, which I love.

After trying a new recipe, log in to your account and rate it to tell Graze what to send you in future boxes. Honestly, I’ve never had to give negative feedback. I’ve genuinely loved every snack I’ve gotten so far. My favorite? Their baobab raspberry clusters, which you can also purchase in bundles of 6! SO GOOD!

With Graze, Kyle and I love that we have handy, healthy snacks around all the time (also that we don’t have to shop for them ourselves), and Nala loves that she gets more time in the Missouri wilderness. Her favorite hike right now is Shooting Star Trailhead in Columbia. If you’re local and you’ve never been, go on a weekend morning. It’s so beautiful. We pack a blanket and some Graze snack packs, and the day literally flies by. Nala usually runs into quite a few playmates, as well. She’s becoming pretty darn popular among the puppy community!
