Nexxus therappe and Humectress review from blogger Stephanie Ziajka on Diary of a Debutante

It’s a miracle my hair hasn’t fallen out after dying it back and forth between blonde and brunette so many times. Thanks a lot, pageantry. As previously mentioned in my round-up of December beauty favorites, my saving grace has become the Nexxus® Therappe & Humectress system. The reformulated line is a highly sophisticated replenishing system that nourishes from deep within, quite literally making it a dry head of hair’s worst nightmare. Before trying the Nexxus® Therappe and Humectress replenishing system, my hair was coarse, dry, and dull- and after only a few washes, it felt the softest, healthiest, and happiest it’s felt in years. It works best for dry to very dry hair, and it’s Nexxus’ most popular wash and care line (there are eight ranges as a reference point)– because it’s awesome and effective. Nexxus is actually the only hair care line I use as a duo, too. In addition to adding shine and softness, the epic Therappe-Humectress combo leaves my frizz-prone hair tamed without sacrificing its body. I’ve actually heard it’s better to mix and match your drugstore shampoos and conditioners, but since their launch in 1979 in salons, Nexxus shampoos and conditioners were actually designed to work together. The shampoos, which are all silicone free, offer gentle cleansing and help reduce breakage, while Nexxus conditioners offer targeted conditioning that nourishes only where necessary to avoid weighing your hair down.

Nexxus also just reformulated all of their product lines in 2015, so if you haven’t given them a go in a while, I highly recommend the Therappe and Humectress system. For discounted pricing, you can find a generous supply of the full Nexxus Therappe and Humectress system at your local Sam’s Club or via the Nexxus at Sam’s Club website.

I see this brand all the time, but I’ve never given it a try. I love trying out new hair products on the recommendations of others, and it sounds like I need to give this one a try. I’m still trying to find a shampoo and conditioner brand that I’m 100% loyal to.
